Pre and POST NATAL PILATES

Starting to exercise when you become pregnant can be daunting and you should definitely stick to a class you are comfortable. The different trimesters will give you different levels of energy so it's important to listen to your body. If you have been training regularly before you became pregnant then you should be able to continue training with the correct modifications throughout the majority of your pregnancy.
